Delivery and Returns

Postage and packing by Royal Mail recorded delivery is included in the price of your piece of jewellery for UK customers. (International customers please contact me for postage costs before completing checkout). It will be packaged in a beautiful gift box and sent through the post protected by bubble wrap. Most pieces will be posted within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. However, for pieces which I have to make I endeavour to have them ready within 2 weeks of your order. During particularly busy times this may take longer but I will keep you updated on progress via email. I will email to let you know when I have dispatched your item. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to return an item to (excluding earrings) in unused condition within 7 working days of receiving it, for a full refund. If you are unhappy with your piece of jewellery and you wish to return it for any reason, please contact me first so I know to expect it.

Payment and Privacy

All financial transactions are carried out on Paypals secure servers. You can choose to pay directly by Paypal - you do not need to open a Paypal account to pay this way, and Paypal collect all relevant financial details over their secure servers, or you can choose to pay directly online or by phone. In that case, Blue Daisy Jewellery use Paypal secure servers to process the transaction. Blue Daisy Jewellery does not store your financial details. All personal data recorded by Blue Daisy Jewellery, such as contact details for delivery purposes, will not be passed on to any third parties.

One of a Kind Items

Some of my pieces of jewellery are unique and cannot be repeated. On occasion the website may not update quickly enough to prevent a customer buying an item that has already been sold and is now out of stock. On the rare occasions when this happens I will contact you to offer a refund or replacement.
